Baby Naming Ceremonies
So you have welcomed your beautiful little one into the world! Firstly, huge congratulations! I bet your heart is full to bursting! (I know mine was!)

Your little dreamboat deserves a glorious celebration all of their very own, shouting his or her name to the stars above, letting them know that they are about to do big things in this world!
​
Whether bubs is 2 weeks, 2 months or 2 years when we hold your celebration, no age is too young or too old.
Much like a Christening, but without the religious aspects that that Ceremony would bring, we will gather those that you love the most in one very special place of your choosing, whether that be a celebration venue, a village hall, or your back garden, and I will deliver a script ALL about your pride and joy, their loves and hates, their quirks and everything about their joyful individuality and formally introduce and celebrate their name, and everything that makes them, them!

So let me guide you through the process of getting you from here today, looking at my website, to walking into your chosen venue ready for us all to gush all about the most precious being in your world.

Step 1 - You say... "wow, Jodie looks like the perfect Celebrant for us, let's set up a call with her!"

Step 2 - We have said call, you tell me all about your little one, I try not to cry (do the hormones ever stop?!) and the stars align!
​
Step 3 - To secure your date, I take 50% deposit and send over your contract. You will sign and date your copy, send it back to me, and I then complete the transaction by sending you a fully signed copy.
​
Step 4 - I will ask you to send me a photograph of you as a family so that I can celebrate you on my social media channels (if you are happy for me to, of course).
​
Step 5 - We meet face to face somewhere mutually convenient around 3 months prior to your Ceremony date, where I get to know you as parents, and who you all are as a family, and ask you a series of open ended questions to form the beginnings of your little one's script. It is just a very conversational chat between new friends basically!

Step 6 - I go away and start building your dream script (again trying not to cry as I write it!)
Step 7 - We have a draft read through of the script via video call, for you to make any changes. I either make them there and then, or take it away and make my tweaks, until we agree that is absolutely perfect and everything you wished for your little one's big day.

Step 8 - 6 weeks prior to the ceremony, your remaining balance of 50% is due for payment.
​
Step 9 - I will see you at the venue and we give your friends and family a moment in time that they will cherish forever; hearing all about this magical miracle darling, their name and everything that comes with that beautiful name. You all eat, drink and be merry for the rest of day, basking in the pride that, as parents, you created this little one and life will never be the same again, in the most joyful ways!
